Working from highly prestigious offices, this role supports the Executive Assistant and Team in all aspects of client management and research; supporting them in the project management of all client assignment work as well as business development activity. This is an extremely involved and process driven position with high levels of responsibility where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential.
Key aspects of the role will include managing extensive diary and travel schedules and heavy client and candidate liaison, working closely with the EA. The Team Assistant manages all day to day communication and is the main point of contact, enhancing relationships, thus ensuring effective management of all client work. The role involves heavy document production, including preparation of high calibre PowerPoint presentations and extensive database work.
We are seeking a bright, proactive individual, who is focused on the delivery and production of premium quality work. Response time to tasks needs to be rapid and prospective candidates will be diplomatic, managing issues with sensitivity, always maintaining a courteous and positive outlook whilst staying on top of a busy and frenetic workload. Above all, candidates must be excellent team players, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Complete fluency in English is required for this role, with exemplary standards of written English, coupled with very strong IT skills. Our client is looking for an emotionally intelligent individual who has a stable CV, however, is open to individuals returning to the workplace after taking some time off.
This is a unique role; in that it offers a work/life balance and there is little if any overtime required.
