Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the world’s most respected organizations within the professional services sector, operating across the globe. Their clients range from the largest corporations to emerging growth companies, government and regulatory bodies, and major educational and cultural institutions.

Working from highly prestigious offices, this role supports a team of consultants in all aspects of client management, research and administrative support. The role is heavily project management driven and you will be required to oversee a number of projects simultaneously and also assist with new tender submissions. This is an extremely involved and process driven position with high levels of responsibility where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential.

Key aspects of the role will include managing extensive diary and travel schedules and heavy client and candidate liaison. The Team Assistant manages all the day to day communication and is the main point of contact; enhancing relationships, thus ensuring effective management of all client work. Requirements

We are seeking a bright, proactive individual, who is focused on the delivery and production of premium quality work. Response time to tasks needs to be rapid and prospective candidates will be diplomatic, managing issues with sensitivity, always maintaining a courteous and positive outlook whilst staying on top of a busy and frenetic workload. Above all, candidates must be excellent team players, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Complete fluency in English is required for this role, with exemplary standards of written English, coupled with very strong IT skills.

Our client is looking for an emotionally intelligent individual who has a stable CV, however they are also open to individuals returning to the workplace after taking some time off. This is a unique role in that it offers a work/life balance and there is little if any overtime required.
