Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a multinational US firm that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Part Time Team Assistant.
Reporting to the VP you will be responsible for all calendar and diary management, travel arrangements, attending meetings, forwarding phone calls, assisting with presentations and other duties deemed suitable.
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be sponsored by a Spouse, have UAE experience working as a Team Assistant with strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
