Team Executive

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a top international Law Firm, to recruit for a Team Executive to join their Business Support Team in their Abu Dhabi office.

This opportunity will support two Partners and Executives with the full invoice and billing process from the billing guide to the final stage of invoicing. In this role, you will be the point of contact for clients on billing and invoice matters, as well as handling matter openings, updates and closings.

You will use the billing systems to ensure everything is updated, organised and maintained in an accurate and efficient manner. Aside from billing responsibilities, you will also have exposure to Business Development and Marketing tasks from award submissions, directories to bids and pitches.

Furthermore, this role will see a range of office and legal administrative tasks, from arranging meetings and travel to creating, amending and converting document formats.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should have experience working within law firms or professional service firms, specifically handling finance and billing matters as well as administrative tasks. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The firm is looking for a professional, and personable individual with high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to problem solve and take initiative.
