Position Title: Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket groups with nearly a hundred branch all over UAE.
Job Description:
• Act as decision maker among his team on a daily basis for basic changes, updates and crisis within a supermarket environment
• Ensure that all team members are working optimally, and that any problems are taken care of immediately so that they do not impact customer service
• Interview, hire and train just the right type of people for each task within assigned areas
• Build strong team spirit and a network of relationships that stretches beyond the supermarket where you are stationed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in the UAE
• Must have at least 2 years section management experience at a local hypermarket within GCC
• Open to overseas candidates
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
