Team Leader - Contract Logistics - Al Futtaim Logistics

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join our Contracts Team within Al Futtaim Logistics. The role will be based between our busy Rashadiya and Ramoul sites and will report into the Contract Supervisor. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all customer requirements are managed and planned on a daily basis for Operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels, whilst adhering to all ex-Free Zone rules and regulations.

It is the responsibility of the Team Leader - Contract Logistics to efficiently handle customer service requirements by increasing the customer's confidence in Al Futtaim Logistics, whilst acheiving all set and defined KPIs. Customer retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.

A requirement of this position is to report on performance. Therefore the role holder will consistently evaluate Inventory Control performance to optimise efforts and to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have a strong commercial awareness of the Logistics industry, products and services.

As prior Customer Service experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong communications skills along with the ability to negotiate with clients and colleagues of varying levels. You will act as the voice of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature.
