Position Title: Team Leader – F&B

Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips

About the Client:
Small boutique café in Dubai Mall, offering coffee, snacks, and a relaxed vibe

Job Description
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Train and motivate team to maintain service, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle guest feedback, scheduling, and inventory support.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety regulations.

• Open to Asian nationals, 35 years old and below
• At least 5 years of F&B experience
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations & food safety
• POS and MS Office knowledge is an advantage

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
