ENGINEERING SERVICES
Team Leader - Facility Maintenance (Upcoming - Nationals Preferred)

What you'll deliver
- You will provide support in outsourcing criteria, risk analysis, technical evaluation and providing technical requirements and service level agreements for new contracts.
- You'll perform controls that ensure proper work utilization, quality of work executed and reporting through Maximo.
- You'll monitor service level agreements against performance and ensure that contract resources are effectively and efficiently used.
- You'll provide front line support and training as required to the contractor team, incorporating specific know-how from the contractors operating systems into DA's knowledge base.
Requirements
What you bring
- You'll have a diploma or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
- You should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar service industry working with contractors.
- A thorough understanding of Maximo CMMS and awareness of Airport Safety in particular, Ramp Safety Rules is an advantage.
- An Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and QHSE & Quality Systems is required.
