Job description / Role
Client is a leading group based in Dubai with a popular family entertainment center, with operations in 26 locations in 7 countries. Currently looking to hire an experienced Team Leader.
Responsible for insuring the smooth operation of the store in close conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager and; leading the CSA team, Function Assistants and Technicians on the assigned shift to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction, by providing an exciting and enjoyable experience in a clean and safe environment.
Salary package: AED7,234+ Medical Insurance :emp. + family up to 3 kids+ Flight: emp. + family up to 1 kid – bi annual
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a customer services role within the leisure and hospitality sector ideally gained operating family entertainment centers.
- Ideally, have basic technical understanding of electro-mechanical machines and rides.
- Good financial acumen with ability to formulate a plan.
