Alpha Flight Group Limited is a leading provider of innovative catering and retail services at several international airports. Alpha flight services UAE LLC is a dynamic food service company employing 500 hundred employees, operating both business to business services as well as a wide range of generic branded consumer food and beverage outlets. This company is based at Sharjah International Airport.

We currently have an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced and qualified Housekeeping Team Leader to join our successful UAE - Sharjah Alpha Flight Services Team.

Looking after the housekeeping staff and insuring the cleanliness of the whole catering unit and staff accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct shift briefings to all housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy throughout frequent inspections.
- Looking after the cleanliness of the whole catering unit in addition to staff accommodation.
- Prepare the duty roster and the leave plan for the department.
- Training of new joiners.
- Report issues occurring in his shift to the line manager.
- Coordinate with other departments in regards of all housekeeping matters.
- Support staff in terms of their leave applications, requests or any related admin work with HR.

Requirements

- Post Graduate/Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Related experience of minimum 2 year in a similar role.
- Good standards of verbal and written communication in English.
- Significant supervisory skills and organization competencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff.
- Have a good knowledge related to cleaning in kitchen areas.
- Awareness in terms of handling cleaning chemicals, operation of equipment’s and the Machineries
- Excellent IT skills.
- Knowledge of F&B industry standards would be an advantage.
