Team Leader - IT Infrastructure Change

Job description / Role

Client is a top tier bank based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - IT Infrastructure Change to lead the infrastructure change delivery team. The role will be working closely with the IT Infrastructure manager, contributing to strategy creation, product/ solution evaluation and design. The role is a critical position in the Networking team to support key projects for DDoS Mitigation, Web Application Firewalls and Cybersecurity.

The key responsibilities of the person will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintaining and supporting IT Infrastructue systems to ensure smooth banking operations
- Manage production applications/systems, analyse incidents/troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions and coordinating with stakeholders for deployment of fixes
- Support Project Managers to ensure timely IT deliverables
- Manage the identification of the resolution on issues reported by the business users
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure servicess are provided as per SLAs

Requirements

- 8+ years experience handling IT infratrastructure with working knowledge and experience of banking operations
- Bachelors degree in relevant specialization
- Excellent communication skills - Arabic speaker preferred
