Job description / Role
To manage day to day operations of our Vehicle Inspection Centre ensuring fast and efficient Vehicle Inspection process to our customers with high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure outstanding service provided to the customers by advising appropriate resolution to their concerns/complaints
* Supervise the work of Testing Inspectors to ensure that processes are followed so that the work flow, quality standards are maintained in line with set process by the concerned government authorities.
* Maintain good business relation with business partners (ADNOC and Government representatives) to ensure effective service is delivered to customers.
* Responsible for managing duty schedule of staff and ensure proper coverage of staff at all times
* Responsible for training the staff and ensure that they are up to date with rules and regulations issued by the authorities from time to time.
* Ensure health and safety related process and procedures are followed.
* Responsible for evaluating performance of the staff and provide training, coaching from time to time.
* Ensure that company's health safety policies are followed, all tools, equipments are kept in good order, and housekeeping standards are maintained so as to preserve a good safe and healthy working environment.
* Evaluate and monitor performance of the subordinate against set standard, identify necessary training
Requirements
* Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile technology
* 5-7 years of experience in the automotive service field with 3 - 5 years in a team leader/section head/ Supervisor role
* Experience in Vehicle Testing/Passing Centre will be an advantage
* Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic
* Strong customer service skills
