Job description / Role
Job holder is responsible to Assists PSP Distribution Manager in monitoring the daily transactions performed by PSP Services Agents. Coordinate with TG Team leader (Vender) on staff distribution plan and location monitoring; to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the completed transactions, in order to protect the interest of the bank/ Business Partners and Customers.
Backing up the role duties of the Distribution Manager in his absence.
Achieve Department goals by supervising all Agents performance and ensure providing high quality services.
Ensure smooth flow of operations across all PSP locations by providing full support in assigning Technical issues to IT support Team.
Ensure Business continuity by managing all PSP Agents attendance and leaves.
Handling all Users Access management's requests.
Coordinate with PSP Agents and PSP Operation team (PSP Verifiers), on daily basis on the following tasks:
Requests raised by PSP Agents to Verifiers Team related to role duties.
Observation raised by Operation Team related to PSP Agents on role duties.
Coordinate with TG Team Leader & PSP Operation Team to fulfil all queries related to TG Agents.
Managing approvals and modifications related to daily activities on the Branch level.
Preform sudden visits, to all PSP locations across all Emirates to ensure that all Agents comply with Bank policies, procedures and guidelines. Prepare and submit a detailed report of the sudden visits to Distribution Manager.
Managing Logs all complaints and enquires raised by Business Partners Customer and CBD customers in CRM system.
Execute Training sessions to all new joining and existing Agents on daily work related activities. Moreover, assigning tasks according to work requirements.
Managing PSP Agents movement/ rotation among PSP locations in coordination with the Distribution Manager and TG Team Leader, as per work requirements. Keep records for all above activities.
Coordinate with TG Team Leader, to ensure providing effective and efficient services to all PSP locations.
Ensure that all PSP Locations is align with the standard policies and procedures.
Diploma in Banking / Degree
5 - 7 year's experience in banking operations / Head Teller / Supervisor
