Team Leader - Real Estate

Job description / Role

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewings and meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values and legal regulations to offer accurate advice.
• Develop new leads through networking, referrals and market research while utilizing provided client data.
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale
• Define and implement developer/ clients’ relations strategy
• Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations including preparing the necessary documentation.
• Attend property events to generate new business leads

• Excellent English Communication skills are essential
• Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry, with proven track record in sales.
• Strong Negotiation and sales skills
• Must have UAE Driving License
