Team Leader - Sales

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading ship supply company who are based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Team Leader-Sales.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for motivating the sales team to the highest performance and develop team members, nuture relationships with current customers through a mix of visits, follow up communication and events ensuring the company remains their preferred supplier, help expand the business through analysis of the local market, generate sales leads and build a pipeline of prospective new customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, with a minimum of 3 years experience within the ship supply industry, and have food supplier relationship experience, be fluent in English with use of your own car.
