Job description

The Team Leader - Stewarding is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the stewarding team to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. The role ensures that all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas meet hotel standards and health regulations, supporting culinary operations efficiently and safely.
