Job description / Role

Employment: Part Time

We're looking for a 5-8 year PQE Tech lawyer focusing on outsourcing and technology sourcing contracts.  They have specifically said they don't want anyone over 10 yrs PQE as this won't fit in with the team. They require someone with:

*  Demonstrated experience in negotiating outsourcing deals including complex technical issues.
*  Customer side experience preferred
*  Part time role 10-20 hours per week for 3 months which may be flexed upward + possible extension beyond 3 months.
*  Remote working is fine - so open to consider good applicants anywhere.
*  UAE experience advantageous but not necessary
*  Due to the high level of responses we can only respond to those that fit the criteria. 

Requirements

*  Law degree
*  5-8 yrs PQE Technology lawyer focused on outsourcing and technology sourcing contracts,
*  Must be down to earth, team player and able to fit into a cohesive non-political team, working together to get the job done
*  Fluent English is essential
