Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To direct and manage the Technical Academy team, providing support, training, coaching and development to meet the regional objective while developing the succession planning for the right talent.
• To build strong productive relationships on-site with key decision makers and supervisors to offer technical support and product training for current and potential projects to gain maximum market advantage and drive drylining penetration.
• Manage the development of the service throughout the region and conducting practical and theoretical trainings and maintain / update the course modules and materials, in line with the annual budget and propose long term plan as per the market need.
• Shall develop a proactive approach to manage the technical site support for all the projects while working closely with Sales/Technical Support team to ensure correct installations and technical issues are resolved on site
• Working collaboratively with all Sales, Technical and Marketing personnel to provide regular technical and product training for staff
• Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to develop good practice ensuring the sustainable growth of the business.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering
• Professional Construction Qualifications

Experience:
• Construction industry background with over 5 years technical or practical experience
• Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and building systems
• The ability to communicate and teach at a range of levels across the business
• High degree of attention to detail with strong presentation skills
• Proven practical drylining installation capabilities
• Skills: Leadership, People Development and Coaching
