Position Title: Technical and Procurement Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products

Job Description:
• repare and submit tenders, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals; assist in progress claims and maintain project documentation.
• Manage vendor registration and qualification with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and labour providers while monitoring market prices.
• Support project delivery through material tracking, labour productivity, quality control, and presenting technical solutions to clients and engineers.

• Male, 35 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tendering, procurement, and project coordination within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor networks.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
