Your Role and Responsibilities

- As a Technical Architect you will be expected to manage both Managed Services and Projects simultaneously ensuring IBM commitments are met within required timelines, SLAs and client satisfaction scores.
- You should have deep knowledge of the cloud platform components, as well as understanding of architect solutions using the components, oversee solution implementations and recommend changes based on operational issues.
- You should enable innovation through Azure services and having breadth across technology stacks with hands on skills.
- Builds architectures & provides prescriptive guidance across the cloud platform's network, storage, operating systems, virtualization, database and monitoring components.

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The Technical Architect should possess the following skills

- 8 years of experience of delivering digital channels on Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience on architecting and implementing Microsoft Sharepoint, IBM Watson and Web Technologies
- Experience in developing and implementing Azure DevOps pipelines to manage Requirements to Deploy processes
- Ability to migrate Microsoft Sharepoint to Sitecore on Azure
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Healthcare environment to proactively understand Patient and Provider Experience requirements and embed them in the system design.
- Minimum 5 years of team lead experience of a team of 8+ resources
