Job description / Role
Transguard workforce solutions have been engaged by our client to source a MS Dynamics Technical Consultant. Our client is a Government global diversified energy group.
This is currently a role with duration of 3-6 MONTHS.
As a MS Dynamics Technical Consultant based in Dubai, this role will be responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics AX for all modules.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics-based Solutions.
• Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation. Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics AX s or Finance and Operations are needed.
• Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data sources into Microsoft’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models.
• Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.
• Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
• Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
• Has awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation methodology.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
• A Computer Science background
• Excellent programming abilities utilizing the standard Microsoft development suite (X++,ASP.Net, C#, Ajax/JQuery, MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), XML), JavaScript
• Experience with SOAP, CXF and RESTful Web Services
