Technical Designer (Villa Renovation & Fit-out)

Job description / Role

• Produce detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, joinery drawings and 3D layouts for villa renovation and interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors and site teams to ensure all drawings are aligned with buildability and site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements and verification of existing conditions before preparing drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings post-completion when required.
• Support material and specification coordination, ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout delivery.
• Monitor drawing revisions and ensure version control and clear communication across teams.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Technical Designer / Draftsman / Interior Technical
• Coordinator within fit-out, joinery or residential interiors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, joinery detailing and finishing materials.
• Able to interpret design concepts into practical buildable solutions.
• UAE driving license preferred (for occasional site visits).

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
