Position Title: Technical Engineer – Real Estate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Provide technical support across all project stages and review/approve technical drawings, design documents, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements, specifications, and timelines are met.
• Oversee compliance with UAE building regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues, support planning and value engineering, and prepare necessary technical reports and updates

• Open to Male, Asian nationalities aged 38 years and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field; with minimum 5+ years experience in the UAE construction and real estate development sector
• Proven track record of working on high-rise building projects with strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
