Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations to optimize workflow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineering teams, addressing issues, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and proposals to support project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and enhance reliability.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share innovative ideas and enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coordination or project management, showcasing proven expertise.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members while fostering collaboration.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
