Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications.
- Supervise the Detailers team by managing their time and by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
- Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to production.
- Prepare assembly and detail drawings .
- Prepare BOQ for the approved drawings for the procurement, production and PMs depts.
- Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and Ensure deadlines are met
- Liaise with manufacturers to make sure requirements are met.
- Solve fabrication problems and have log book to work on the improvement for the upcoming projects.
- Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process internally.
- Provide information and make suggestions on availability of suitable FF&E as required
- To prepare full FF&E schedule
- To prepare, schedule and cost all FF&E specification
- Prepare spreadsheets outlining all costs and gain approval from FF&E Director
- Liaise with FF&E Director and Commercial department to ensure all costs budgets are approved
- Oversee purchase orders, specification sheets and control books for all requirements.
- Negotiate, co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure that all specifications and deliveries are being met on time and on budget .

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
