Technical Manager

Overview:
Guildhall is actively seeking a competent and experienced Technical Manager to support our client's Food Hub Project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience with Abu Dhabi Ports (ADP) and be well-acquainted with the operational procedures and requirements of Khalifa zone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the technical aspects of the Food Hub Project in alignment with ADP and Khalifa zone standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet project milestones, regulatory requirements, and international standards.
• Supervise design reviews, value engineering processes, and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide strategic input during project planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment with Khalifa zone processes.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, such as project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.

• Proven track record working with ADP (Abu Dhabi Ports) on infrastructure or logistics development projects.
• Familiarity with Khalifa zone's development procedures, approval workflows, and compliance protocols.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial zone projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
• Prior involvement in food hub or logistics-related developments in the UAE.
• Arabic language skills or experience liaising with local government entities is a plus.
