Technical manager (villa)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

The role

Reporting directly to the director, the technical manager will be required to provide input to the senior management on the technical aspects of design delivery related matters and be fully responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned services and/or project component for the duration of the services. The technical manager will work in coordination with the project management team to ensure the project's design stage objectives are met.

Project description

As a member of our project management consultant (PMC) team, the technical manager will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth. This includes developing essential infrastructure like transportation networks and utilities, alongside public spaces that improve connectivity throughout the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The technical manager will play a role in shaping thriving communities through the development of residential housing projects and ensuring the quality of new educational facilities. Furthermore, the technical manager will be crucial in feeding into the development of mosques and maximizing urban space through infill development projects. In short, this PMC role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on Abu Dhabi's built environment.
