Job Title: Technical Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on your qualifications

About the company: A globally recognized and highly skilled manufacturer of aluminium profile systems, with origins in Europe and headquarters in Dubai

Responsibilties:
• Lead the development and optimization of aluminum systems, provide technical expertise, and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure that the products are designed, manufactured, and installed correctly, meeting all technical and engineering requirements.
• Review technical drawings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper system selection, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure aluminum systems meet safety and sustainability standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant codes such as EN, ASTM, BS, and local building codes. .
• Research new technologies, work with suppliers to improve product performance, and recommend product enhancements based on market trends.
• Lead and mentor the technical team, conduct training sessions, and coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth execution.
• Provide technical presentations, support the sales team in negotiations, and collaborate with procurement to select optimal materials and suppliers.

Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in façade systems, aluminum structures, or curtain walling.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Must have a strong expertise in aluminium profiles, system design, structural analysis, and performance testing.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and other structural analysis tools.
• Must have knowledge in international standards like ASTM, EN, BS, and local building codes.
• Open to European nationals
• Arabic language is a plus but not required
• Immediate joiner is preferred

Work Conditions:
• Work location: Dubai, UAE (with occasional travel for client visits, industry events, and project meetings)
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday off
• Reporting directly to: General Manager and Managing Director
