Technical Manager

• 650 Million AED Infrastructure award based 10 minutes drive from Business Bay
• If you have a track record in the UAE and wish to return this maybe the project for you.
• Exciting scope involving a mix of concrete structures, utilities, earthworks and access roads.

• Manage the Design & Technical team
• Ensure that the project is built in line with the contractual specifications set
• Working closely alongside the Senior Project Manager to ensure that all technical aspects are achieved to the site team can build
• Liaise with sub-contractors and problem solve issues when needed
• Manage the workflow and communication both upstream and down to ensure that key dates are hit
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate record keeping of delays and manage design changes if and when needed

Before applying

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Main Contracting industry on Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects worth 300 Million AED +
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Able to start employment before the 1st of July
• Strong command of English Communication/Written skills.
• Based in the UAE and able to attend face to face interviews

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
