Technical Manager / Director for a Leading Cement Manufacturing

Job description / Role

TECHNICAL MANAGER/DIRECTOR up to 35K AED for a Leading Cement Manufacturing Company in Dubai

• Leading and overseeing all activities to ensure high standards on plants
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan
• Prepare annual budget for the Technical Department
• Review of cost reports to locate excessive expenses and decision making of necessary corrective actions
• Responsible for technical audits and their conclusions

Requirements

• Open to any nationality
• Male, 45 years old below
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same position
• Has prior experience working with Interlock and Block cement products
• Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Leadership skills
• Preferably can start immediately

Work Location: Dubai Industrial City

Salary is up to 35,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
