Job description / Role
Technical Manager (Fit Out) - Abu Dhabi
My client is one of the largest Fit-Out Contractors in the GCC delivering various Residential and Hospitality projects.
As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded a number of large scale fit-out projects so are urgently looking to expand their Technical team.
Their most pressing requirement is for a Technical Manager in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
Key Activities (But not limited to):
• Review ID Drawings and prepare work program & drawing logs for AutoCAD operations
• Monitor and provide inputs & information to CAD Operators for smooth shop drawings developments.
• Liaise with the Design Consultant for any design related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of shop drawings submittals and approvals.
• Coordinate with site team for the proper technical execution to achieve designer’s intent.
• Coordinate with all subcontractors for any required information for production/fabrication.
• Conducts & record consultant, contractor’s and vendor’s meetings.
Key Requirements:
• Must have a qualification in Architecture / Interior Design
• Fit-Out experience is a requirement
• Good understanding of construction techniques and methodology including use of various design software’s
• Must have all round communication skills
