Position Title: Technical Manager – High-End Villa Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences

- Lead and coordinate all technical design reviews, ensuring drawings, specifications, and materials meet quality and compliance standards.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to project and site teams ensuring buildability, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Manage all technical documentation (shop drawings, as-builts, mock-ups, material approvals) to maintain precision and traceability.
- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design discrepancies and deliver seamless integration across trades

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and finishing details; Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DIFC, etc.).

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
