Position Title: Technical Manager – Real Estate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Lead and manage the technical department, ensuring all engineering designs, documentation, and drawings meet required standards.
• Review and approve technical submissions while ensuring compliance with UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and international standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to resolve design conflicts, propose solutions, and mitigate technical risks.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, support value engineering, and prepare high-level technical reports and updates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Technical Manager or similar senior engineering role in the UAE; With proven experience working on high-rise building projects
• Must have strong understanding of UAE regulations, permitting processes, construction codes, and authority requirements.
• Proficient in engineering design tools and software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
