Technical Manager – Substructure Works

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for a Technical Manager to provide technical guidance for substructure works in an airport expansion project in Dubai, ensuring efficient and compliant engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Provide solutions to on-site technical challenges.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and planning teams.
• Conduct technical inspections and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and guide site engineers and technical staff.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technical management of substructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, excavation, piling, and basement works.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
