Charterhouse is working with a leading international design and manufacturing organization that delivers advanced piping solutions for water and wastewater management in the construction sector. As part of its growth strategy, the company is seeking a Technical Manager to join its Dubai office.

The Technical Manager will serve as the primary resource for internal teams, external partners and customers through ensuring the highest level of technical support is delivered at all stages of the sales process. This role will support the business in delivering companywide revenue goals and identification of product development opportunities by conducting in depth market and competitor analysis. There will be a key focus on supporting consultants, contractors, and developers with technical expertise throughout project lifecycles, delivering tailored system solutions across Public Health, Mechanical, and HVAC applications. The Technical Manager will support client requests for technical support and guidance on products manufactured or supplied by the business, including dedicated training. Acting as a brand ambassador this role will play an active part in presenting technical solutions to clients and building long term relationships with a network of key contacts within building services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or similar with at least 4 years of technical experience within the construction sector in the UAE. Strong working knowledge of water and wastewater systems, piping solutions, and relevant codes and standards would be considered essential. Proficiency in using CRM, AutoCAD/Revit tools would be required, alongside proven track record in building robust relationships with clients and internal teams at all levels. Our client is looking to hire an individual who has prior experience in presenting and delivering technical solutions for a range of projects and can demonstrate in depth knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards.
