Job description / Role
Helpbit is seeking an exceptional candidate specializing in product design and management to join our operations team through the next stage of growth. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of new product development through supervision of outsourced teams. In this role, you will work closely with the Inventory, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Customer support and Systems Engineering teams to lead the product development from end to end.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with offshore and in-house engineering teams to align system design decisions to drive technical product goals
• Author documents relating to product life cycle including product strategy, roadmap, business requirements, use cases, workflow models, change logs
• Advocate for process improvements through an understanding of the engineering lifecycle and previous experience
• Direct and approve UI/UX activities
• Communicate project status and demos to stakeholders & executives
• Monitor performance and measure impact of product enhancements
• Maintain competitive analysis and solution differentiators
• Work alongside with Product Manager to integrate solutions into existing B2C System
• Manage the Quality Assurance testing process of new releases of the software, and document fixes and modifications as needed
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical lead position/analyst, engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years experience developing large multi-tier API / web services, data integrations and related web applications
• Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce or repair industry preferred
• Strong understanding of API / web service architectures and concerns - microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, security, high availability, load, performance, low code architecture, etc.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling
• Working experience building integrations between different products
• Ability to work with data to make balanced assessments and decisions
• Ability to work within operational business processes, but also be able to proactively work toward improvements
• Desired knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation
• Familiarity with frontend engineering, technology, UX, and development preferred
• Experience with e-commerce, payments and wallet systems is highly desirable
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic spoken as well as written
• Experience with Agile tools (eg TFS or Jira)

• Bilingual (Arabic and in English)
• Experience in start up company
