Employment: Full Time

Our client is a corporate Oil & Gas company based in Abu Dhabi. The company operate globally from five regional headquarters in the USA, UK, South Africa, UAE and Malaysia and are present in over 50 countries worldwide. They are seeking an in-house Technical Resource Administrator to assess and monitor potential candidates from a technical background for an exciting new project based locally.

You will be required to effectively source candidates by reviewing and screening CVs, matching their capability and knowledge to the relevant job descriptions, identify and shortlist candidates for first stage interviews and manage expectations regarding timescales and salaries. In addition, you will also maintain up to date records of candidates, track application progress; maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Working closely with the HR management team, you will ensure that shortlisted candidates are of the required standard and technical ability, therefore it is expected that you will also have experience in recruiting blue-collar and trade candidates such as Electricians and Utility Technicians. In the role of Technical Resource Administrator you are the main point of contact for both candidates and the internal Hiring Manager, so time management is essential in order to ensure all those involved in the process are kept updated and informed at all stages of the process

Requirements

Two years’ experience in a Technical Resourcing role.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Currently based in the UAE.
