Director level role with a very reputable and established company based in the United Arab Emirates. The Client is a worldwide market leader in oil and gas production equipment, natural gas compression and produced water treatment solutions. Headquartered in the United States, this company has over 5,000 employees and operates in 30 countries around the world.
This Director level position of Technical Sales will report directly to the Regional Vice President and is accountable for a hybrid role to work closely with customers utilising very strong technical orientated knowledge of process engineering, concept engineering & production operations and to also support the sales team in engaging and designing/optimising solutions to achieve the customers objectives.
It’s a great opportunity to join the business at a very interesting time, you will have direct reports and be expected to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders as well as being an ambassador for the company engaging with and educating clients, therefore strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
This role would suit someone with exceptional industry knowledge in Oil & Gas process engineering and production from a technical view point, you will be expected to be the main point of contact for all technical queries involved in the feasibility and planning stages as well as delivery.
Previous experience of business development and commercial acumen will be expected. A proven self starter who is capable of identifying and generating opportunities and working closely with sales and procurement teams.
There is a very competitive salary available commensurate to the Director level title.
