Technical Sales Engineer – Heating Systems

Job description / Role

• Promote and sell heating solutions including heat pumps, solar panels, and boilers to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages, including system selection, sizing, and solution design.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and recommend suitable heating solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in heating and renewable energy systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in technical sales of heating systems such as heat pumps, solar thermal systems, and boilers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/heating systems, renewable energy solutions, and UAE industry standards.
• Proven experience working with consultants, MEP contractors, and developers in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
