Job description / Role
Job Description:
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Develop comprehensive sales plan and forecasts to identify a steady stream on pipeline prospects
• Liaise with existing managers, customers and lead highly detailed technical discussion with end users and plant superintendents
• Ensure that team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales
• Lead a team of 10-15 staffs
Requirements
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience
• Must have an experience in Technical Sales Management in Heat Exchangers
• Must have an experience in handling on/offshore projects preferably in the UAE; open to overseas
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in the Middle East and energy or oil and gas industry
