Technical Services – Lubricant Industry

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Services to join our dynamic team in the lubricant industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of lubricants and additives, with a proactive approach to supporting product development, customer inquiries, and sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s growth while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for lubricant products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Liaise with additive suppliers to coordinate technical support, resolve queries, and drive product development efforts.
• Compile and create comprehensive monthly reports summarizing additive performance feedback and trends.
• Provide technical assistance to the sales team to enhance customer engagement and support sales objectives.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering technical insights and solutions.
• Contribute to product development initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to innovate and improve lubricant offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven knowledge and experience in the lubricant industry, with a solid understanding of lubricant formulations and additives.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling independent responsibilities.
• Prior experience in preparing TDS/SDS and supporting technical sales is a plus.
