We’re seeking a skilled Technical Specialist / IT Engineer to join our founding team and help us deliver world-class services from day one.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services across multiple client environments. Your work will range from troubleshooting day-to-day user issues to building secure, scalable systems for growing UAE businesses. You’ll monitor cybersecurity tools, manage cloud infrastructure, assist with system upgrades and migrations, and contribute to best practices and technical documentation as we grow.

We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of IT support or system administration experience, strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and cloud services, and familiarity with cybersecurity tools (EDR, AV, MFA, backups). Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications are a plus. A proactive, resourceful mindset and experience in an MSP or IT services environment are highly valued.
