Technical Specialist - Nestle Professional - UAE

Main Purpose of Job
Ensure optimal performance of deployed Trade Assets resulting in high end cup quality by managing the Trade Assets, resources and operator training, and in compliance with Nestlé Professional Best Practice Standards and local regulations.

Major Responsibilities
• Ensure all Free On Loan (FOL) machines in UAE are visited on regular basis and audited on Branded Machines Business Management System (BMB-MS).
• Ensure all FOL machines in the market are well branded and maintained, fitting the hygiene standards; menu management is executed properly and well visible to the consumer.
• Consolidate the meter reading reports which are withdrawn from FOL machines by the technician, and in case the machines are low performers, Field Sales force and Trade Marketing team are to be informed to take action.
• Run an inventory on all the NP Branded Beverages Solutions trade assets twice a year and reconcile all Fixed Assets as per SOP.
• Conduct a random check to ensure that all amenities are available at the operators and the machines calibration are set properly.
• Coordinate the order placements for vending machines, spare parts, accessories with the Head Office.
• Support Sales in the training of new customers, the resolution of incidents related to Trade Assets and responsible for reducing the number of corrective visits.
• Assist the Beverage Solutions Provider (BSP) in preparing a call cycle for the technicians; also keep updated copies with NP for audit purposes (including own call cycle).
• Assist the Service Agent in technical problems & issues when it exceeds their knowledge & experience, train the Beverage Solutions Provider (BSP) team when needed.
• Analyze BSP reports, take corrective actions in alignment with Branded Beverages Solutions Supervisor, compare report to contract and ensure good quality technical visit by BSP.

Requirements

• Technical School or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Mechanical field
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Service and Sales, preferably in FMCG
• Financial and P&L management experience
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrate analytical skills
