Job description / Role
• A Software service provider specializing in the maritime industry seeking a Technical Support Engineer.
• Our fleet management suite comprises modules like Planned Maintenance, QHSE, Procurement, and Crew Management.
• The candidate will be placed at the client's office and they will be responsible for supporting the customer and their users, making (occasional) vessel visits, training client users.
Responsibilities
• Dedicated Technical Support Engineer handling a single client.
• Making occasional vessel visits.
• Training office users to aid their day-to-day operations on the software.
Requirements
• Holding a degree in Mechanical or Maritime Engineering.
• 1 to 2 Years Technical Support Experience.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Proficient in English.
• Good knowledge of maritime industry will be a plus.
