Technical Support Engineer

Job description / Role

• Database expertise: Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Programming skills: C# (.NET Core / MVC), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs
• Technical abilities: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Work methodology: Experience in Agile environments
• Language proficiency: Arabic fluency is highly valued

• BS computer science, computer engineering, or electronics
• 2 years’ experience is plus
• Good command in English language
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Past experience in IT support is plus
• Nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Sudan and GCC / Arab nationalities are preferred
• Knowledge of local business environment is not required but plus
