TECHNICAL TRAINER

Position Title: Technical Trainer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
• Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance
• Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist
• Develop SAT certified training courses
• Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans
• Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required
• Provide progress and performance reporting

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Higher diploma with at least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer
• Preferably with experience and knowledge within the military and its training programs
• Knowledge of SAT approach to training is preferred
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
