Job description / Role
The Technical Training Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the training service provision department for the UAE. They will also focus on building on existing business and developing new business both regionally and locally, targeting Oil and Gas, Industrial and Power clients primarily. The role will be reporting directly in to the Training Department General Manager.
My client provides training services on HSE, NDT, Project Management and a number of other technical subjects related to the engineering market, so an intrinsic knowledge of these is absolutely mandatory.

Requirements
* 10-15 years' experience,
* 3-5 yrs in a similar role and level in a Professional or Technical Training Industry
* Excellent knowledge of Training Industry operations (HSE, Engineering courses, PMP, etc.) and market in GCC
* Knowledge of P&L , BDM and Operations and Management
* With proven experience of developing new business (BD) in the Training industry
