Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Workshop Technician is responsible for delivering purchased items to customers, assembling machines and equipment on-site in compliance with safety regulations and customer service standards, and providing appropriate maintenance service in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Accountabilities
- Handle the delivery of products as indicated, and ensure proper functioning of equipments as per instructions and clients recommendations
- Prepare items for release by assembling them completely or partially in the shop, and report to the hierarchy any potential risk or encountered problem such as missing parts, malfunctioning of equipment and other
- Diagnose malfunctioning of products and equipments and identify the cause and give the most efficient solution
- Present a quotation to clients regarding the forecasted maintenance/repair fees and provide them with an official invoice at the end of the service
- Handle the maintenance, customization and repair of equipments in accordance with instructions and regulations and in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Organize and arrange the workshop products in a way to maximize promotion of ordered services
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Maintain necessary machines and tools in order to guarantee quality of service
- Make information available to team members through the log book and/or the specified information system

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Fluency in English
- Active participation in at least one sporting activity
- Good knowledge of sporting activities
