Position Title: Technology Lead – Travel and Tourism

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based travel company with 20+ years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning digital initiatives with business objectives; lead end-to-end digital transformation across booking systems, CRM, ERP, and online platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure including cloud solutions, network architecture, payment gateways, and travel booking systems
• Drive the development of new travel-tech solutions, online booking tools, mobile apps, and automated workflows to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations, travel industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices; implement policies for data privacy, risk mitigation, and system audits.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality tech environments.
• Expertise in cloud computing, GDS systems integration, ERP/CRM platforms, mobile/web applications, and scalable IT architecture
• With strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex technology projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
