Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Managing Network and Telecom operations in all G4S UAE sites
- Mitigating risks in the IT environment and to the business
- Troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues and implement business continuity plans
- Monitor the networks performance and design solution for its continuous improvement
- Execute IT projects
- Apply the global IT standards and security measurements throughout the IT operations
- Manage suppliers/operators through contracts and POs
- Documentation and fulfilling IT audit requirements

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Computer, IT or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting LAN/WAN and Telecom infrastructure and implementing IT projects
- MSTS & CCNA certified
- ITIL awareness
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written
- Good understanding of best practices adopted for projects delivery and execution
- Independent, supportive and a team player
- Suppliers management skill is required
- Accountable personality
- Troubleshooting skills and problems analysis mentality
- Works under pressure and with sense of urgency
